Refunds
Sales of a Connect Card and related transit fare are final and nonrefundable except as provided hereinafter.
A Cardholder with a Registered Connect Card who opts to withdraw from the Connect Card Program must submit their Connect Card to Customer Service and may swap transit fare loaded on the Connect Card for paper transit fare. A refund in the form of a check may only be made in the event of a Cardholder’s death, military transfer, or as otherwise required by law.
Lost or Stolen Connect Cards, if registered, can be deactivated and a replacement card issued with the remaining balance. If you did not register your Connect Card, no replacement is possible.
